"NEW BOOKS FROM OLD BOOKS"

We invite you to contribute to our project dedicated to collecting gently used books. All will be showcased at LAM Public Library, ensuring that knowledge remains accessible to everyone at no cost. Support helps foster a community of learning and discovery.

The "NEW BOOKS FROM OLD BOOKS" project was established with the following objectives:

Expanding knowledge for the community: LAM Public Library is open entirely free of charge, providing opportunities for everyone. regardless of their circumstances, to read books at the library or borrow them to take home.
Spreading the love for books: We aim to cultivate a habit of reading and learning, espectially in areas where books are still considerd a luxury.
Reusing intellectual resources: The old books you donate will have a "new life cycle," continuing to bring value to many more people.

We have currently received a valuable number of books from generous donors overseas, and there book are being used by student of Charis School (a school for underprivileged children).

However, most of these books are in English, so we still greatly need contributions from you to diversify and enrich the library's collection.

*Our library are happy to accept all kinds of books, from literature, science, life skills, to children's books, in both Vietnamese and English.*
